I was a first time buyer and came across Alexander Surveying Services on a comparison site where I found their quote the lowest. Fortunately a low price didn’t mean a lack of service and Shaun has been excellent providing a detailed report which covered a lot more than I expected. It was thanks to his advice I was able to negotiate for some work to be done to the property by the vendor before exchanging. He was also at hand nearly a month later to answer some more queries we had free of charge. Would highly recommend.
